Advocating for patient access to care has been the cornerstone of CSRO’s mission since our founding, and we invite you to join us in Dallas for CSRO’s flagship Advocacy Conference to learn, network, and strategize about advocacy.
Reimbursement for state society members: CSRO’s state society members receive a reimbursement allotment of up to $1,500 to help pay for transportation and lodging expenses for representatives to attend this conference. Each state society is responsible for identifying its own representative(s) to receive reimbursement. If you are interested in being an official representative, contact your state society president or executive director for more information. If you need help connecting with your state society, please email CSRO for assistance.
This event is open to all individuals who are currently working within or have retired from the field of rheumatology, as well as CSRO’s non-profit partners. The deadline to register is Monday, August 18 at 11:00pm CT.

This annual event brings together like-minded rheumatologists and advocates to network within our community, strategize about state advocacy, and learn from nationally-recognized experts. The program will feature a variety of sessions focusing on current issues at both the state and federal level that are impacting rheumatology patients and practices.

ROOM RATE
CSRO has negotiated a rate starting at $259 (plus tax) at the Grand Hyatt DFW. The deadline to reserve a room in CSRO’s room block is August 21, 2025, but the block may fill up before that date.
RESERVATIONS
Upon registering for this event, attendees will be emailed a confirmation message with a link to make their hotel reservation as part of CSRO’s room block. All conference attendees are responsible for booking their own hotel and travel, and paying all associated costs.
Grand Hyatt DFW is located inside Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), within Terminal D. When at DFW, there are two options for getting to the Grand Hyatt DFW:
Skylink: For ticketed passengers only with carry-on luggage (no checked luggage), DFW Airport's complimentary high-speed train provides continuous service throughout the day, arriving every few minutes. Find Skylink inside security by following signs to Terminal D/Grand Hyatt/DFW.
Terminal Link: For all passengers—ticketed or unticketed, with or without luggage—DFW Airport's complimentary shuttle bus, Terminal Link, can be found curbside on the arrivals/baggage claim level, with pickup every five minutes.
Attendees are responsible for coordinating all components of their own travel.

CSRO requests registrants provide a minimum of 72-hour notice of cancelation if unable to attend the conference for any reason. It remains the responsibility of the individual to arrange cancelation and obtain credit for flight and hotel room.
