Dr. Robert Levin, President of the Florida Society of Rheumatology recently testified to the House Health Innovation Subcommittee on the role that Pharmacy Benefit Managers have played in inflating the cost of prescription drugs. The Subcommittee, seeking to better understand how to rein in the cost of prescription drugs, will scrutinize the supply chain more closely in 2018.
